WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Returns are available within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in brand new, unworn condition, with the tags on and in the pouch they were shipped in. Please email us at hello@falenarizona.com or use our Contact form referencing your order number for a return authorization. Return shipping costs art to be covered by customer.
Sale and discounted items are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL
Returns are available within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in brand new, unworn condition, with the tags on and in the pouch they were shipped in. Returns may be returned via a courier of your choice. Return shipping costs art to be covered by customer. Please follow steps below.
Email us at hello@falenarizona.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you would like to return.
Once our team have confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a box.
On the airway bill please include your order number and note "Return shipment to the USA”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.
Once your parcel is shipped, kindly e-mail a copy of your Airway Bill to hello@falenarizona.com along with your order number.

EXCHANGES
Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. This policy applies to all eligible items, except sale and discounted items, which are not eligible for exchange. All exchange requests must be initiated within 10 days of the receipt of the item. Requests initiated after this period will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. Please not that the item must pass inspection before being able to process refund. For full-priced items ordered using single-payment credit cards, refunds will be processed 48 hours after receiving the items back to us depending on the condition of the product. The refund will show up in your bank account within 5-7 business days depending on the bank processing time.
